INTRODUCTION

With things mostly sorted behind the scenes we’ve managed to get out a bit more this month attending a few events around Brisbane. The following months are looking busy, game wise, as the Brisbane event calendar finishes the year with a bang!
 
Mick seriously injured to his back last month, so unfortunately last months “A Dog’s Life” episode never made it out the door. However he is on the mend, so it should be released this month. Just as a recap, this episode of “A Dog’s Life” will follow Mick through his journey in deciding on a theme and basing style for his High Elf Warhammer army.

With Mick out of action, Adam has been out and about playing Blood Bowl with his Skaven team and has giving his High Elves a run on the local Warhammer tournament scene. He has even managed to win a game with the Skavenblight Sneakers against a skilled up Chaos Pact team. More luck than skill perhaps…..

NEW PRODUCTS IN STOCK

 Anima Tactics:
We have restocked our range of Anima Tactics figures including another 3 new characters. Cipher Studios continue the next stage of their Agent Painting competition moving onto the Wissenschaft Agent. You can check out our Product News section for more information.

 
Crocodile Games:
Being added to the store this month are a whole swage of new releases for Wargods of Aegyptus. The followers of Ptah will be getting a boost with some new To-tanum units, characters and the impressive Stone Colossus (He is massive!). The followers of other gods don’t miss out with some cool new character models.

Rackham Resin Range:
We have added six amazing new resin models to the Rackham Legends range. This new range includes figures from Rackham’s Confrontation, Cadwallon and AT-43 ranges. One cannot help but feel this is Rackham’s olive branch to those customers they lost when they moved Confrontation to a pre-painted plastic range……

AT-43 Cogs:
The new Cogs and Red Blok army boxes are in stock this month. We were surprised at what was in the box for its price…it really is an awesome deal. Also, all the currently available Cogs products are in stock as well as the hard to get Therian models, the Succubus Golgoth and Storm Arachn.

Gencon Oz 2009 – Warhammer Fantasy Tournament

Mick and Adam will be running the Warhammer Fantasy Trournament at Gencon Oz this year!  Information and player packs are available for download on the WarPuppy website.

Online registrations are still available until 6th September. However, you can use a manual form (email us for a copy) and snail mail to register until 11th September. Gencon must have received your entry by this date. After that, registrations will only be accepted at the door, but, it’ll cost you an extra $10 entry fee for your Gencon pass.

If you are planning on attending make sure you jump in and grab your multi-day pass and enjoy all that is Gencon.
