INTRODUCTION

The last little while has seen us kept very busy behind the scenes here at WarPuppy. However, now the bulk of the work is out of the way we can get down to the important stuff…playing games!

This month’s episode of “A Dog’s Life” continues to follow Mick through his journey in deciding on a theme and basing style for his High Elf Warhammer army. This episode focuses on how Mick is going about creating the look he described last episode.

Our time on the hobby front has been pretty limited of late, what with the new website going live and all. However, Mick and Adam managed to sneak in a few games of Warhammer at Team GT, a local one day team event in Brisbane recently. In amongst all this Adam has found time to finish of his Skaven Blood Bowl team, the Skaven Blight Sneakers, who in the last week scored their first touchdown in the local BABBL league.

Battle Star Galactia Board Game:
WarPuppy has added the BSG board game to its expanding range of board games. It is an exciting game of mistrust, intrigue, and the struggle for survival which places each player in the role of one of ten of their favourite characters from the TV show. Each playable character has their own abilities and weaknesses, and all must work together in order for humanity to have any hope of survival. However, one or more players in every game is secretly a Cylon, and wants the humans to perish.

 Dark Heresy:

Anima Tactics:
We have restocked out range of Anima Tactics figures including 6 awesome new characters. To celebrate the release of Agent models for each faction, starting with the Azure agent, Cipher studios are holding a painting competition. You can check out our section for more information.

 PRODUCT NEWS

AT-43 News
This month will see the release of the new army boxes for the Red Blok and Cogs armies. The street date for these releases has been set as August 3rd. If you are keen to get your hands on one, or any, of the new releases drop us an email and we will include it with our next order.

Alkemy News
The next wave of Alkemy products is also due for release this month. The date for these releases has not been finalised and we are trying to get a firm date from our supplier tied down. Again if you are after particular products let us know and we’ll include it with our next order.

UPCOMING PRODUCTS

In an effort to bring you more cool products in our supplier’s pipe lines, we will be creating a series of news articles in the Product News section of the website. These will be updated regularly with news and pics as they come to hand.

Of course, any new products that really excite us we’ll let you know about in the newsletter as well.
