We've been working hard behind the scenes to improve our website for you, and we're a little bit excited. Apart from being much, much, prettier than the old site, we added a few new features to enhance the way the site works for you.
My Account Overview Now includes a Customer Loyalty Discount summary, so you can see how much you have spent and when you will reach the next discount level.
One Page Checkout The checkout process is now a single page to make it simpler and conveniently displays all your order information on the one page for you to review.
Greater Postage Choice When you make an order that qualifies for free postage, you will have the option to upgrade the free standard parcel post to express parcel post at your cost. This allows you to elect to get your toys in you hot little hand faster and will of course provide postage tracking (as standard with Auspost express post).
Tab Product Display The main product window now uses a tab display seperating out information in categories. This makes it easier for you to go the info you really want.
New Articles Section The articles have been organised into a new menu on the right hand column to make it easy for you to browse and enjoy our hobby support section. We have also included a new topic Product News where we will share news and rumours about the products we stock. So if you are interested in keep an ear to the ground on a number of things in the WarPuppy range, then you'll only need to come to one place. Us!
Changes to Menu Due to our growing range we've made a couple of small changes to the menu structure. We've added a Miniatures & Wargames category, and we've moved the ancillary stuff to quick links at the bottom of the page to keep the main website area full of the things you really want to see. Games!
New WarPuppy Brand You'll have also noticed that we have a new logo. The launch of the new website also marks the official launch of the new Warpuppy brand. Together they better represent what WarPuppy is all about: we aim to be a professional business, who maintains a sense of fun and sometimes cheeky approach to this hobby we all love so much. We trust our standards of service have stood on their own merits so far. I know we don't always get it right, but we work hard to support you in your passion for the hobby. WarPuppy has a long term plan and grand goals, and the launch of our new brand is the first major step in that direction. We hope to see you time and time again along the way.
Increased Customer Loyalty Discount Save more when you become a registered user of the WarPuppy website. To celebrate the new website and the launch of our new brand we have increased our customer loyalty discount from 10% to 15%, and we've added a new discount band so that you save more sooner with 10% savings once you reach the $750 mark.
Feedback We welcome any feedback on the new webstie, which you can email to sales@warpuppy.com. Whilst we've worked hard to make sure everything works properly, there may be some things that have slipped through. If you do find any bugs or issues, please contact us and we'll fix it up.
All customer data has been ported over for the new site, meaning that everything ought to work for you as before. If for some reason there are problems with your account, let us know and we'll sort it out for you.
