INTRODUCTION

Wow, December! Christmas is upon us once again. On behalf of WarPuppy Adam and Mick would like to wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season.

To celebrate the festive season, we’ve add a whole range of new products to help stuff your stocking, including brand new family strategy boardgames, plus new items to expand our current games.

This month will see the return WarPuppy’s “A Dog’s Life” hobby vidcast, with Adam giving you some hints and tips on painting skin tones. This is a must see episode and will show you how to get awesome looking skin on humans, elves and undead miniatures.

With the last tournament of year finished, Mick and Adam are going to be taking some time for quiet, relaxed casual gaming and painting time before the hectic tournament calendar starts again next year. Together Mick and Adam will be coordinating Times of War 2010 in Brisbane, a multi system miniature tournament being held on 30 & 31 January 2010. WarPuppy will be there, so pop in and check out our stall.

NEW PRODUCTS IN STOCK

Boardgames, Boardgames and more Boardgames!
We have added to our existing boardgame range with expansions for current stock, brand new games and some international award winner favourites. Here is a sample of what’s in store.

From leading boardgame manufacturer and designer Fantasy Flight Games we bring you the WWI aerial combat game Wings of War: Famous Aces, plus the expansions “Watch Your Back!” and “Burning Drachens”.

Also check out the expansions for the WWII boardgame, “Tide of Iron”, including the Days of Fox and Normandy expansions.

The internationally renowned award winning boardgame Carassone, has been added to the shelves. This is a great family game, and the perfect way to get your non-gaming family to the table: Winner of the prestigious Game of the Year award in Germany in 2001, with a number of expansions to keep this game a popular household favourite.

Anima Tactics:
Anima Tactics has been re-stocked with some more great additions. With the immanent release of the core rulebook, now is a great time to get these new characters into your warband.

Windsor & Newton Brushes:
Windsor & Newton Series 7 Kolinsky Sable brushes have been added to our range of Tools and Accessories. Considered the best brushes in the business, they are the weapon of choice for those who take their miniature painting seriously.

The Anima Tactics Core Rulebook is a full-color, 200 page, hard bound book packed with awesome art, world background, clarified and expanded game rules for the Anima: Tactics tactical miniatures game. The Core rulebook combines the Saga I and II rules found on-line and in the starter boxes as well as featuring  rules and background for 70+ characters.

With the addition of a massive amount of new Boardgame products this month it’s hardly suprising that we’d look at some more….

Boardgames offer something for the whole family. They also give gamers a change away from pushing toy soldiers around a table top, whilst still retaining the tactical thinking involved in table top games. WarPuppy has a range of great boardgames from Fantast Flight Games, a leader in the industry for strategy type boardgames.

We have restocked and expanded our range to include some new award winning family strategy games from Mayfair Games and Rio Grande Games.
