By signing up for an account on our website you will be entitled to participate in our customer loyalty program. Our website will track all the orders you make (while logged in) and the more you buy from us the more you will save!
We offer loyal customers such as yourself a percentage discount based on the amount you have spent with us (not including shipping or any additional fees or charges) over a rolling period of 12 months. The discount you can be eligible for are graded as follows:
$250 – 5% discount
$500 - 7.5% discount
$750 – 10% discount
$1000 - 15% discount
For example, if you spent $260 in the last 12 months, we will offer you a 5% discount on your next order.
Loyalty discounts are applied from your second order onwards, and are calculated on the amount you have spent with us prior to the current order. Discounts are not availble on items already offering an equal or higher discount and where there are two or more discounts applicable the highest will be appliled. Any applicable loyalty discount will be shown during the checkout process.
